Due to the current government guidelines, all Pilates classes are now available via live streamed classes. The online Pilates classes have been going very well, and it’s so nice to connect with your fellow class members online. Another huge benefit is that you can join the live streamed classes from any location! It’s been so lovely to have so many join from all over the country, family members, old clients that have moved away, siblings and children! The current timetable is below. At Pneuma we continue to offer private sessions online too, and the feedback has been great. All prices and info below.
