During this difficult time with the current Corona situation we are now offering a range of options for the Autumn Term. It’s so important to remain motivated and keep moving and with so many traditional opportunites closed off, we know it’s easy to lose the motivation. With this in mind we are delighted to offer you a fantastic range of options which are all inclusive, for all ages and abilities.
Ruth owner and founder of Pneuma Pilates will be your virtual trainer either during a live class, face to face, private session or in membership club. We promise to continue to offer a welcoming enviroment where you can exercise safely and effectively whilst strengthening, lengthening and achieving your goals!
Live Zoom Classes
Our exceptionally popular live classes last 40 minutes. Our classes are a combination of classical and dynamic pilates suitable for all levels. We like to theme the sessions and make sure each class is tailored to those joining. You can sign up for the month or drop in to a class. Class numbers are limited and kept small. The current zoom timetable is below:
Tuesday 9.45am- Thursday 9.15am
Classes are priced at £10 a class, 2 classes a week for £20.
Live Private 1-1 Sessions
We offer live 40 minute private 1-1’s throughout the week and weekend. Private lessons are ideal for anyone wanting a more personalised experience and offer a greater flexibility with your schedule. We are also offering the opportunity to share your private session with the rest of your household for no added cost.

On Demand Membership Club
Our membership offers online, on demand, pre-recorded pilates and stretch classes. Ruth will become your virtual online trainer, available to you anytime and anywhere! You gain unlimited access to all the content and we upload new videos every week! No commitment just a rolling membership you can cancel at anytime.

The classes are mixed ability and we offer a range of progressions for each exercise. If you are a complete beginner or new to pilates we would recommend a 1-1 first. Do get in touch for further information if you are unsure.
YES ! Our live sessions are run using Zoom, we send out a link and password before every class. You are able see and hear Ruth as she instructs you through the session. You can choose to have your camera on or off.
You do not need any equipment, just a quiet space, a mat is useful but you can use a rug or towel. From time to time we use props that you’ll have in the house, some people have purchased resistance bands and balls through the website which are useful but not necessary.
This is personal preference, both are very popular. The private sessions offer more flexibility with your schedule and can be shared with other members of your household for no additional cost. The classes are great fun and nice to see and connect with fellow class members.
The membership site offers you 24hour access, there is no limit to how often you use the site. There are plenty of videos to keep you active and inspired.
We upload new pilates and stretch videos every week. In addition you’ll have access to our large library of workouts.
In addition to your weekly workouts you’ll also gain access to recipes, blogs, any live events we’ve been involved in and event booking ahead of the crowds. We add specialist blog posts too!
