You have to move to improve

You might not always feel motivated but learn to stay disciplined and the rest will follow right….
💜Motivation is a powerful, yet tricky thing . Sometimes it is really easy to get motivated, and you find yourself wrapped up in a whirlwind of excitement. Other times, it is nearly impossible to figure out how to motivate yourself and you’re trapped in a spiral of procrastination.
💜However this is where discipline comes in to save the day!
💜 We are real creatures of habit! The more you think about it, the more things you can probably list that you don’t even consciously think about in your daily patterns. the automation processes of the human brain were made from an evolutionary process that is highly selective and if it’s still around, there must be advantage to be had from automating so much of our brain activity.
And tapping into those hardwires is exactly what discipline is.
💜So understanding how we establish and practice habits each day, we can figure out how to implement beneficial ones (and remove burdening ones).

💜Self-discipline goes deeper than what you get done each day. 
💜The good news is to become more self-disciplined is not difficult. Start small. Start by making time to stretch every day before you leave the house and have a list of two things you really want to complete for the day, and for a whole month, make sure you get those two tasks done every day. These exercises will begin strengthening your self-discipline. Self-discipline is like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the more you use it, the stronger it will become. The great thing about building strength into your self-discipline is you will soon see benefits elsewhere in your life. If you strengthen your self-discipline by stretching every morning and by making sure you get your two most important tasks for the day done, you will find you have the self-discipline to exercise regularly, to eat healthier food and this then builds more strength into your self-discipline and you become better and stronger is so many other areas of your life.
