Keep Moving At Home with a Pilates workout

I hope you are all keeping well during these uncertain times. It has been just over 3 weeks in isolation now. So i thought i’d check in with you all and see how you are all doing. It can be a very difficult time for many, but trying to focus on the areas of life you can control right now can be very useful and give some focus. Focusing on nourishing foods, making sure to move daily and getting plenty of sleep really do help. I’ve attached a Pilates workout home flow routine below that you can do at home.
