Course Drinks


  • 1 mug coconut or nut milk
  • 1 tsp ashwaganda root powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Warm the milk and spices gentle in a pan and serve once warm
